Basically here is all the important info from it.
OPrainfall will be covering the British Academy of Film and Television Arts where Hironobu Sakaguchi will be making a speech and presenting The Last Story. That happens on the evening of the 16th in Europe. They will cover it on their Facebook page.
The gameplanet website will be taking preorders for Xenoblade for Mexican residents.

Finally there is 2 other games that is listed on the post. Fire Emblem:Awakening for the 3DS and Tales of the Abyss 3D. Fire Emblem:Awakening hasn't been confirmed for out side of Japan but Tales of Abyss 3D is coming out in 2 days on the 14th in North America.
